Return Policy

901 Soccer accepts returns and exchanges of most products within thirty (30) days of when the item arrives. 

We are unable to accept returns or exchanges on the following products - gift certificates, games, DVDs, CDs, videos, or books (if the cellophane packaging has been removed), signed memorabilia (all sales are final in order to protect the integrity of authenticity), used products or customized products. 

Items that are purchased as part of a set must be returned as a set (for example, if you purchase a warm-up suit, you have to return the jacket and pants together or if you return a pair of socks or gloves, you gotta return them both at the same time). 

If the returned product does not meet the above requirements, 901 Soccer may not process your return or exchange and we cannot guarantee that we will send the non-returnable/non-exchangeable products back to you.

After we receive and accept your returned item, we will issue you a refund for the price you (less any applicable shipping and handling charges). Credits will be made to the original form of payment.  Credits to gift cards, loyalty points, and vouchers may take as long as thirty (30) days to be processed. Returned amounts attributable to gift cards, loyalty points, coupons, or vouchers cannot be applied to exchanges.

Exchanges

If you wish to exchange an item, you can request the exchange by mail or over the telephone.  

We process exchanges as two separate transactions. You will be billed for the new item upon receipt of your request for an exchange. Once we receive and accept your returned item, we will credit your original form of payment for the return.

Please include a copy of your invoice with the return so that we can properly credit your account

We do not refund return shipping costs. However, where an error was made on our part, we will email you a return label to be used at no cost to you.
